How it works

For customers

1. Enter your postcode or start a quote request and tell us what you need (tree work, landscaping, etc.).
2. Upload a few photos of the area so suppliers can quote accurately.
3. We send your job to up to 3 verified suppliers in your area.
4. You receive up to 3 quotes within 1 working day. Compare them and choose one.
5. Pay through Garden Quotes. Your payment is held in escrow until the work is done and you confirm.
6. Leave a review to help others.

For suppliers

1. Apply with your business details, insurance, and ID. We verify and approve you.
2. Set your service areas and receive quote requests that match.
3. Submit quotes (with optional AI-assisted line items).
4. When a customer accepts your quote, complete the job and upload before/after photos.
5. Once both parties confirm completion, payment is released to you (minus commission).
